This policy explains how Nexshift Inc. (“PIVOT,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected on pivottools.com.
What we collect
We collect the email address you provide when you join our list, and any information you send when you contact us. Our hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate their services, such as IP addresses and request logs. We do not currently run advertising or site analytics tags.
How we use it
To send you PIVOT news, relaunch updates, and early-access offers, and to reply when you reach out. We never sell or rent your information.
Who processes it
When you subscribe, we use beehiiv to manage the PIVOT mailing list, confirm subscriptions, deliver emails, and record subscription status and email engagement. PIVOT subscriptions are kept separate from our other brands. Vercel hosts this website. These providers process information under their own privacy and security terms.
Your choices
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You can also email support@pivottools.com to have your information deleted.
Children
This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date above.
